Building height alone doesn’t define the job. Roof access, the facade, available access systems and activity below all affect how the project is assessed.

• Multi-story windows. Exterior glass on buildings where ordinary ground access does not address the full scope.
• Building exteriors. High or difficult-to-reach exterior surfaces reviewed for a suitable access and cleaning approach.
• Roof-edge details. Areas near the roofline and exterior details that need to be evaluated with the access plan.
