CLEAN BUILDINGS · COMMERCIAL

Multi-Property Commercial Exterior Cleaning.

Exterior cleaning proposals for property portfolios, management companies, ownership groups and franchise locations across our three-county service area.

One request. A clear scope for each location.

Property management firms, asset managers, ownership groups and franchise operators can submit several properties together. We serve locations within King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, with each site reviewed for its surfaces, condition and access.

Send a property list you already have—a spreadsheet, site list or written summary is a useful start. Include the fields below so we can identify missing details before preparing the proposal.

  • Address and site contact. Include the person who can answer access questions for that location.
  • Requested work. Identify buildings, surfaces, approximate quantities and any stains or difficult access.
  • Photos or a marked plan. Show representative areas and distinguish common spaces from tenant responsibilities.
  • Timing and approvals. Note priorities, operating restrictions, the approval contact and any vendor requirements.

For larger or more involved scopes, site visits may be needed. Complete information helps us review the portfolio and explain what is needed to finalize pricing.

Make different properties easier to compare.

Use a consistent set of service categories while keeping each site’s requirements clear.

Building washing scope

Ground and service areas

Separate sidewalks, parking, dumpster pads and stain treatment so the proposal reflects each location.

Pressure washing scope

Roofline and details

List roof and gutter work, solar panels, signs, mailbox banks and other requested property features.

All exterior cleaning services

Coordinate approval and access before scheduling.

Tell us whether one person approves the entire proposal or each property has a separate decision-maker. Share purchasing requirements, site procedures and the contact responsible for notices, gates, water access or vehicle movement.

Once the work is accepted, scheduling is coordinated around the agreed scope and available work windows. Your emailed invoice includes a service photo gallery for review and recordkeeping.

Review ongoing needs alongside the first visit.

For repeat work, identify which services should be considered for a recurring commercial maintenance plan. A retail storefront, restaurant service area and apartment roofline can need different schedules even within the same portfolio.
