Routine washing or a specific stain?
General surface cleaning and treatment for oil, grease, gum or rust involve different work. Point out the problem areas when requesting an estimate. Hot-water power washing and targeted stain removal are available when appropriate.
Pressure washing or soft washing?
Pressure washing suits many durable hard surfaces. Building siding, painted finishes and other delicate areas call for a lower-pressure approach. We can combine both methods in the same property cleaning project.
Commercial pressure washing
For a managed property, define pedestrian areas, vehicle access and service pads separately. We can review a one-time cleanup or recurring pressure washing for the surfaces that need regular attention.

Is pressure washing the same as building washing?
They address different surfaces. Pressure washing is used for suitable hard surfaces such as concrete. Our building washing service uses low-pressure washing for building exteriors and siding.
Can you clean restaurant or commercial service areas?
Yes. We clean commercial surfaces, including parking areas, dumpster pads and corrals. Hot-water cleaning and water reclamation are available for projects that need them. Tell us about the conditions so we can scope the work.
Can I arrange recurring cleaning?
Yes. One-time and recurring service are available for commercial and residential properties. We can discuss a schedule around the areas you want maintained.
