COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL

Hot-Water Pressure Washing.

Hot-water power washing for projects that need more focused cleaning of grease, oil, gum and accumulated surface buildup.

Match the method to the buildup.

Water temperature is one part of the cleaning approach. We consider the surface, finish and type of buildup before recommending hot-water cleaning, pressure or a specific treatment.

  • Restaurant & service areas. Suitable dumpster pads, service approaches and exterior drive-through surfaces.
  • Parking & industrial surfaces. Concrete garage floors, loading areas and other approved hard surfaces with oily or greasy buildup.
  • Gum removal. Targeted cleaning of gum deposits on suitable sidewalks, entrances and outdoor gathering areas.

A focused treatment or a larger cleaning project.

Hot-water work can be combined with general pressure washing and other exterior services. Include close-up photos and describe how long the stain or buildup has been present. Residential driveways and patios can also be assessed. Where water collection matters, include those requirements in the initial request.

A few helpful details.

Is power washing different from pressure washing?

The terms are often used interchangeably. We use hot-water power washing to describe work that adds heated water; your estimate identifies the work proposed for your surface.

Does every pressure washing job need hot water?

No. The surface and buildup determine the approach. We review the project before selecting the method.
